Perks and Programs

Daily Catered Lunches

Team members enjoy free daily catered lunches which are enjoyed by the VueReal family in the large lunch area. To ensure there is something for everyone, all dietary restrictions are taken into consideration when lunches are planned. In the summer months you will often find the team sitting outside, enjoying BBQ Fridays. Outside of lunches, team members can enjoy unlimited fresh fruit, granola bars, specialty coffee drinks, tea, and pop.

Internal Internship

The annual internal internship programs run for two days and team members have the opportunity to seek out other roles within the company. Team members express their top three choices and based on a best-match process are then assigned accordingly. All training is completed prior to the internship in order to best utilize their time and be able to gain hands-on knowledge.

Pregnancy and Parental Leave

This program provides expecting parents with the support and peace of mind that they need. The pregnancy leave which covers those on maternity leave provides 100% top up for 12 weeks. The parental leave supports all new parents who have had a child come into their care (including maternal mothers) and provides 100% top up for 4 weeks.
